Borderlands 2 is the looter-shooter from Gearbox Software that established the genre's formula: a first-person shooter where you constantly pick up procedurally generated weapons, where each playable character has a signature skill and three talent trees and where the writing embraces a dark and absurd humour carried by memorable antagonists — starting with Handsome Jack, one of the most successful villains in video games. The Game of the Year edition adds its main additional content to the base game.
What awaits you
- Millions of possible weapons — manufacturers with distinct behaviours, elemental effects and random statistics.
- Four Vault Hunters — the siren, the commando, the assassin and the gunzerker, with radically different styles.
- Co-op for up to four — online, with difficulty that adjusts to the number of participants.
- The planet Pandora — deserts, glaciers, marshes and cities, traversed on foot or by vehicle.
What this edition includes
