7 Days to Die is an open-world survival game developed by The Fun Pimps, which blends three things rarely brought together: block-by-block destruction and construction, demanding survival simulation and tower defence. You are dropped into an American county ravaged by an epidemic, with nothing and you must scavenge, craft, eat, drink and above all fortify yourself — because every seven days, a horde attacks in the middle of the night and comes precisely looking for you.
What awaits you
- The seven-day cycle — the blood horde returns at fixed intervals; the whole gameplay loop consists of preparing the base before the deadline.
- Real construction and destruction — terrain can be dug, walls reinforced and a poorly supported structure collapses for good under the blows.
- Complete survival — hunger, thirst, temperature, infections, wounds to treat, food to cook and water to purify.
- Deep crafting — from the stone axe to firearms, by way of electric traps, turrets and vehicles.
